_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kickoff Meeting (mid-March) &#8211; <\/strong><em>In-Person Session<\/em><strong><br \/><\/strong>We\u2019ll start with a joint half-day session during which organizations will get to know each other and learn about the methodology of objective recruitment and selection<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monthly peer review sessions\u2014 <\/strong> <em>Online, 1 to 2 hours per month<br \/><\/em>Throughout the program, participants meet monthly to share experiences and integrate the methodology step by step into their own organizations.<em><br \/><\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparatory Meeting<\/strong> &#8211; <em>In-person, 2 to 3 hours<\/em><br \/>Just before the start of the internship recruitment process, we will meet again to make concrete preparations for the process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reflection Session (mid- to late July)<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Online, 2 hours<\/em><br \/>We will conclude the program with a group reflection session and a sharing of insights and results.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/> Results<\/strong>: After the event, organizations will head into the summer with a solid foundation.
