During the search for a job in the Dutch labor market, there is often the need to spar with an experienced professional about opportunities and challenges in the labor market. The ECHO Mentor Program supports upcoming and starting professionals as mentees by matching them with experienced professionals as mentors while focusing on promoting diversity and inclusion in the labor market. Over the years, many mentors and mentees have participated in this mentoring program. In this podcast series, ECHO talks with mentees and mentors among others who share their stories, experiences and reflections.<\/p>\n

Tijdens de zoektocht naar een baan op de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt is er vaak de behoefte om te sparren met een ervaren professional over kansen en uitdagingen op de arbeidsmarkt. Het ECHO Mentorprogramma ondersteunt aankomende en startende professionals als mentees door hen te koppelen aan ervaren professionals als mentoren en tegelijkertijd te focussen op het bevorderen van diversiteit en inclusie op de arbeidsmarkt. Over de jaren heen hebben heel wat mentoren en mentees deelgenomen aan dit mentorprogramma. In deze podcastserie gaat ECHO in gesprek met o.a. mentees en mentoren die hun verhalen, ervaringen en reflecties delen.<\/p>
